On this course you'll learn how to explain and recognise networking technologies such as:

  • Data Link Protocols
  • Physical Connections
  • Layer 3 Routing
  • Upper Layer Protocols and Applications
  • Multicast Technology

You'll also learn how to install, configure, initiate, and upgrade networks. In addition to troubleshooting those infrastructures, you will perform administrative, operational, and network management. To ensure that you pass your exam and become an HP Accredited Technical Associate you should have a CompTIA A+ or a Microsoft MTA Certification and between 18-24 months experience with HP kit.
