Dit examen zal je testen op de volgende vaardigheden:

  • Het plannen en ontwerpen van Skype for Business met Enterprise Voice (30-35%)
  • Het inzetten en configureren van Enterprise Voice (30-35%)
  • Het beheren en oplossen van problemen met Enterprise Voice (30-35%)

Voor het behalen van de MCSE: Productiviteitscertificering ben je vereist om te slagen voor examen 70-334 en de examens afgestemd op één van de volgende MCSA:

Prerequisites

Alvorens deel te nemen aan deze cursus word het van je vereist om tenminste twee jaar ervaring te hebben in:

  • Het beheren van Windows Server 2012 of Windows Server 2008 R2.
  • Werken met AD DS.
  • Werken met name resolution, inclusief het Domain Name System (DNS).

Je bent ook vereist om begrip te hebben van en ervaring te hebben in werken met het volgende:

  • Certificaten - inclusief public key infrastructure (PKI) certificaten.
  • Windows PowerShell command-line interface.
  • Datanetwerken en telecommunicatie standaarden en componenten.
  • Skype for Business Server 2015 of Lync Server 2013 technologieën en bekendheid met ondersteunde migratiescenario’s.
  • Het plannen en inzetten van Skype for Business Server 2015 en Skype for Business Online oplossingen voor eindgebruikers, eindpuntapparaten, telefonie, audio/video en webvergaderingen, beveiliging, hoge beschikbaarheid en calamiteitenherstel.
  • Het vermogen om Skype for Business Server 2015 te monitoren en problemen op te lossen op basaal niveau door gebruik te maken van Microsoft monitorings- en probleemoplossingsmiddelen (Snooper, centralized logging service (CLS), Key Health Indicators (KHI)).
  • Active Directory Domain Services, datanetwerken, Azure Active Directory Domain Services, directory synchronisatie en telecommunicatie standaarden en netwerkcomponenten die de configuratie en inzet van Skype for Business architecture ondersteunen.
  • Vereisten en processen voor het integreren van Skype for Business Server 2015 met Microsoft Exchange Server en Office 365.
  • Windows, Windows Server en Hyper-V, QoS, TCP/IP, balanceren van netwerkbelasting, PowerShell, begrijpen van Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) (basale telefonieconcepten waaronder SIP trunking, gateway en Session Border Controller (SBC) connecties en algemene private branch exchange (PBX) inzetarchitecturen.
