The ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a prerequisite to gaining the ITIL Practitioner certification.

  • Number of questions: 40 questions
  • Passing score: 65% (26 marks out of 40)
  • Duration: 1 hour

Prerequisites

To be eligible to attend this accelerated ITIL 4 Foundation course, you must meet the following experience and knowledge requirements:

  • End-user level computer and networking skills
  • Work experience in IT service support or IT service delivery
